We are currently looking for a Lead Repair Technician to join our team on 1st Shift in our Repair Depot.Employee BenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance effective Day 1Generous paid time off, including sick time, vacation, and holidaysAnnual bonus program for all employees401(k) plan with company matchingTuition reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), employee discounts, and much more!What You Will Be DoingAssisting the Technical Supervisor in planning and communicating work assignmentsPerforming repairs on all product categories independently following written work instructionsProviding technical guidance to lower level technicians and other departmentsAssisting Technicians in meeting performance and safety goalsAssisting with product evaluationsProviding direction to other Repair Depot staff in support of the repair operationsCommunicating issues to the technical management teamInspecting a unit's condition to determine repairable or non-repairable damageFollowing written procedures to determine unit performancePerforming complex repair on units and firmware upgradesPerforming final testing to confirm repair resultsAccessing and use diagnostic programsPerforming assigned work while maintaining efficiency and quality standardsPerforming electronic and/or mechanical adjustments using specialized test equipmentPerforming training for other employeesCreating and validating test and repair proceduresReviewing and approving parts replacement and unit statusPerforming data entry tasks using available reporting systemsTracking and reporting production and labor informationWhat You Will Bring2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environmentStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProblem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvementThe starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $25.00 and $31.00/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
