Are you good with people, motivated to grow, and interested in learning more about financial services, business, and leadership?

GFI Global Financial Impact is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated individuals who want to develop professionally while helping individuals, families, and business owners better understand financial strategies and solutions available to them.

We are especially interested in people with backgrounds in **sales, customer service, retail management, leadership, entrepreneurship, business development, or other people-focused professions**.

Financial-services experience can be valuable, but we’re also interested in strong communicators and leaders from outside the industry who are willing to learn.

## What You’ll Do

• Connect with individuals, families, and business owners
• Educate clients on financial concepts and available solutions
• Conduct needs-based conversations to better understand client goals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Develop communication, sales, and presentation skills
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Work toward personal production and business-development goals
• Have opportunities to develop leadership skills and mentor others as you grow

## Compensation & Opportunity Structure

This is a **1099 independent-contractor opportunity and is commission-based. It is not a salaried or hourly W-2 position.**

Compensation is based on individual production and results, so earnings are not guaranteed and will vary from person to person.

Because financial services is a regulated industry, appropriate licensing must be obtained before performing activities that require a license. Any products or services offered will depend on the individual's applicable licenses and qualifications.
