Clinical Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight within a growing Autism Services program. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA and Licensed Behavior Analyst who is passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while supporting clinicians, technicians, clients, and families.

The successful candidate will oversee clinical operations, manage caseloads, monitor clinical performance, and ensure services are delivered effectively and in accordance with contractual and clinical requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to clinicians at assigned locations.
• Manage and update clinical caseloads based on clinician capacity.
• Assign new intakes and ensure appropriate caseload distribution.
• Maintain a personal caseload of approximately 15 billable hours per week.
• Monitor clinical team billable hours and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and billing of ABA services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, clinicians, technicians, and staff.
• Ensure exceptional service experiences across assigned centers.
• Collaborate with Service Coordinators and Case Managers to support effective service delivery.
• Ensure clinical and contractual requirements are consistently met.
• Support clinicians in maintaining high standards of care and documentation.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing clinical support to team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical processes and service quality

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Director or in a similar clinical leadership role.
• Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, clinical practices, and documentation requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage clinical responsibilities while maintaining a personal caseload.
• Experience working collaboratively with clinicians, technicians, families, and administrative teams.
• Strong commitment to client-centered care and positive clinical outcomes.
