Job Title: Recruiter / Account Manager

Location: Main office located in Troy, MI. Some travel to clients will be required.

We are a Staffing and Recruiting company, dedicated to connecting top talent with the right opportunities. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Recruiter/Account Manager to join us and play a key role in both candidate placement and client relationship management.

The Recruiter/Account Manager will be responsible for sourcing and placing high-quality candidates while also managing and developing relationships with client accounts. This dual role requires someone with strong communication skills, business development experience, and a passion for matching people with opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles across various industries

• Manage the full recruitment cycle-from job posting and candidate outreach to offer negotiation and placement

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide market insights

• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals (placements, revenue, client retention, etc.)

• Proactively identify business opportunities with existing and new clients

• Maintain accurate records of candidates, job orders, and client communications in ATS/CRM systems

• Proven experience in recruiting, account management, or staffing industry preferred

• Strong business development and client management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable

• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and job boards is a plus
