Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document patient conditions accurately.
Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards.
Assist RNs and physicians in implementing care plans.
Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
Requirements
Active and unrestricted LPN License.
Current BLS Certification.
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience.
Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehabilitation experience preferred.
Strong clinical and communication skills.
Ability to work every other weekend.
