Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately assess patients' physical capabilities and functional limitations.


• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that focus on rehabilitation goals, including techniques for pain management, strength building, and functional mobility improvement.


• Utilize diverse modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrical stimulation, adapting approaches based on contemporary research and best practices.


• Provide ongoing education to patients regarding body mechanics, ergonomic practices, and preventative care to minimize future injuries.


• Monitor patient progress meticulously, using objective measures to adjust treatment plans and maximize outcomes.


• Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration with physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists to provide holistic care to our patients.


• Document all treatment sessions thoroughly, ensuring accurate records that comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

While one year of experience is a minimum requirement, candidates with multiple years in home health or a variety of clinical settings will be preferred. Experience in specialized areas such as geriatrics, sports rehabilitation, or pediatrics can also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits
