Remote Benefits Enrollment Representative

The Weatherspoon Agency is hiring for a current remote Benefits Enrollment Representative opening.

In this role, you will meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about available life insurance and supplemental benefit programs. You will help clients understand their options, answer questions, and complete the enrollment process.

This position is fully remote, and client appointments are conducted by phone and Zoom.

What You Will Do

• Contact individuals who requested benefit information
• Conduct virtual client appointments
• Explain available life insurance and supplemental benefit options
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Assist clients with applications and enrollment
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Maintain accurate client records
• Participate in virtual training and team meetings

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and Zoom
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and phone
• Organized and able to manage a remote schedule
• Willing to learn insurance products and enrollment procedures
• Able to work independently while following a structured process
• Must reside in the state associated with this posting

Previous experience in customer service, sales, benefits, insurance, healthcare, education, or account management may be helpful but is not required.

Licensing

An active life insurance license is preferred but not required to apply. Selected candidates who are not currently licensed must complete the applicable state licensing requirements before conducting insurance business.
