We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and dependable Zumba Instructor to join our team!

Responsibilities

Lead fun, energetic, and engaging Zumba classes.
Create a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for all participants.
Demonstrate Zumba choreography and proper movement techniques.
Provide modifications for different fitness levels and abilities.
Keep classes safe, organized, and engaging.
Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes.
Select appropriate music and prepare class routines in advance.
Encourage participants and build positive relationships with members.
Communicate professionally with management and team members.
Maintain a clean and safe class environment.
Qualifications

Current Zumba Instructor certification/license preferred or required.
CPR/AED certification preferred.
Previous group fitness or Zumba teaching experience preferred.
High-energy, positive, and engaging personality.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to lead a class with participants of different fitness levels.
Passion for helping others enjoy fitness and movement.

Demo 10 minutes for each class format you are applying for
You will be demonstrating solo to as if you were teaching a group fitness class
***Video submissions are permissible only for SPIN/Cycle format as we understand you may not have access to a bike for the demo
Components that will be assessed during your recorded demo:

safety and exercise form cues
verbal, visual and safety cues
exercise modifications provided for beginner, intermediate, advanced fitness levels
**You will be teaching a “mock group fitness class” to the camera that will be recorded and submitted.

**Instruct/Demonstrate/Model each exercise, repetitions, series, choreography, etc. throughout the demonstration.
