Job Description

Making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining products and services for generating appointments.

Generate leads/prospects over the phone

Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationships with the client

Business Development Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, Identifying business opportunities, facilitating the creation of solutions for clients, account management, and revenue collection.

Coordinate Pre-Sales And Post-Sales Follow Up

Ensure Customer Satisfaction & Completion Of Tasks As Per Deadline, Including Reporting

Manage Customer Service & Ensure Customer Retention
