Credit and Collection


Driving operations performance by ensuring that key design principles are adhered to, by following the Hoshin Planning and ensuring that improvement projects are executed to time, cost and quality
Manage risk at a local/corporate level to ensure transparency of risk portfolio and to highlight when credit exposures are increasing beyond risk appetite. Works closely with Treasury to review and update credit risk policies (Credit Risk management role)
Drives root cause analysis and runs regular reviews with local teams to identify which processes result in manual activities/late payments and works with LEAN operations, sales, finance BPs, to find solutions to eliminate/reduce the root causes
Manage AR portfolio with Infosys driving transparency and standardization on work performed by Infosys
Sets performance KPIs and mentors team to drive them efficiently, ensures training curriculum is available and leads on- and offboarding processes.
Coordinates and supports collections and queries activities between businesses and third party providers (who executes a most collections).
Organize, support and develop accounts receivable process.
Establishes, implements, and maintains an effective delinquency control and follow-up program for all customer accounts that are late, delinquent, potentially delinquent, or written-off.
Execute the collection process for defined strategic customers.
Perform remaining enabling Order to Cash activities (e.g. credit notes with open items).
Organize, support and develop cash & collection process.
Follow up on relevant queries and solving escalations from sectors.
Provides leadership and direction to departmental staff.
Responsible for compliance of ICS checks


Trigger the realization of targets of leading C&C KPIs, e.g.:
Meeting Harmonization objectives and meeting annual budget targets.
Basic qualitative data: (DBO, BPDBO, AR overdue as percentage of AR Balance, Collectable AR overdue as a percentage of AR balance, Collectable AR overdue older than 60 days as a percentage of AR balance, measurement of actual cash collection against collection targets.)

Experience 8 12 years in Credit and collection OTC.
