Job Summary



Are you tired of going into cramped attics or crawlspaces under houses?  Would you like to go to work at the same place everyday?  Do you have EPA Universal certification for handling freon and enjoy working with new HVAC equipment of various sizes?    We would love to have you become a member of our production team! You will use your Universal certification, attention to detail, and careful disassemly and reassembly skills as you work hand-in-hand with our unique team to prepare HVAC equipment for application of Bronz-Glow corrosion protective coatings.  As long as you have your universal certification, and some knowledge of AC equipment, we can teach you other skills on the job!  Consider working for us today.  



Job Responsibilities

• Reclaims gases, applies nitrogen charges in coils.  Pulls vacuum and/or performs leak tests. 


• Soders and brazes as required.  


• Keep a flexible level of availability to work overtime as needed including evenings and Saturdays as needed.  


• Maintain proper tools, equipment and safety equipment 


• Disassembles and reassembles new air conditioning equipment of various sizes


• May perform initial surface preparation for coating application.


• Ability to correctly record tasks completed onto job logs and other production reports.
  
   

• Must possess EPA Universal certification for handling freon.  


• High mechanical aptitude and use of power and hand tools.


• Superior attention to detail.


• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.


• Environment is a production warehouse work area.  Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs.
  
   

• Ability to work well in teams and independently


• Has held full time employment in  HVAC or related position 


• Working knowledge of HVAC equipment
