Job Title AP/AR Analyst
General Responsibilities: The AP/AR Analyst is responsible to establish credit lines, to release work orders, collect past due amounts, place accounts with collection agencies, re-evaluate terms for increases, work with disputed invoices, process all authorized invoices for payments, and to match receivers to payments.
Examples of Typical Activities: Run daily blocked credit order report Establish credit lines Follow up on incomplete paperwork Pull credit references, review Dunn and Bradstreet Enter information into the system Review daily credit report Make credit and collection calls Process customer credit card payments Send final demands and place with collections agency Follow up and track information to confirm that merchandise has been received
Required Experience A minimum of 1 5 years relevant experience
Required Technical Competencies Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Proficient with MS Office Suite Data Entry Phone Skills
Desired Secondary Competencies Basic knowledge of ERP Experience with EDI
