Description:

assist in the provisioning and installation, including troubleshooting issues with Microsoft Teams Room through the IT Consulting Services Program.

IT is providing Teams Room technology to existing and new conference rooms. We are looking for skilled technical staff to assist in the provisioning and installation, including troubleshooting issues.

Onsite configuration of A/V equipment, troubleshooting, and communication with the project team supporting the provisioning and installation, including troubleshooting issues.

3. Specific skills/experience required

At least 2 years experience in a technical support role
Strong communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Experience with Teams Rooms a plus
