We are looking for Team Players, able to multi-task, and exceptional communication skills, along with an amazing title production rate in any of the 3 counties daily. Our current turn around time is 7 to 10 business days. We need an on-site Abstractor for our Polk County Office. Requirements

Knowledge of Abstracting Department, Advanced Computer Skills, Researching Skills, Public Record Knowledge, Ability to Multi-task, Ability to work closely with others, Communication Skills, Ability to Understand and Differentiate Real Estate Language, and also know the difference in the types of recorded documents.
