The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring that their social media needs are met(link removed) You will work closely with a talented team of social media enthusiasts to devise and execute effective social media campaigns that help our clients reach their social goals.
As our Account Director, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with them. You will need to have a deep understanding of social media platforms, marketing strategies, and advertising metrics(link removed) You will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with developments in the industry and using this knowledge to inform and improve the work of the team within a leadership capacity.
Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact
- Plan, execute and manage social media campaigns for clients
- Work closely with the team to devise effective social media strategies
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to improve performance and ROI for clients
- Manage client budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on-time and on-budget
- Provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns to clients
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements - Proven experience in social media management within a client services position, preferably in an agency environment
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, marketing strategies, and advertising metrics
- Experience managing large-scale campaigns across multiple social media platforms
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong account management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting
- A proven track record of achieving results for clients through social media campaigns.
