Job Description:

- Forecast on sales and expense to prepare cash simulation data

- Coordinate sales operations, and marketing plans

- Analyze and maintain knowledge of clients' business and latest news and trends.

- Input expenses / finance data using SAP (FI)

- Identify what type of expenses and accountant type in SAP (G/L account – Insurance, Travel, and Tax type)

- Create Profit/Loss & Balance Sheet Report from SAP (FI)

- Check & Monitor AP & AP in SAP to follow up with vendors & customers

- Process check & wire payment using SAP (Firm Banking)

- Communicate with accounting team in Korea to follow up finance issue & month closing.

- Other duties as assigned like as regular weekly reporting and meeting summary report.



Requirements:

- At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting related major preferred. (Including Finance)

- Must have SAP experience in FI (Finance)

- More than 2-3 years’ experience in SAP & Accounting are PLUS

- Management and Communication Skills to work efficiently

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and timely regular reports

- Bilingual preferred in Korean & English
