We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable (or someone with a Bachelors in Accounting/Finance instead of exp.) + who does not mind doing Accounts Payable/Bookkeeping and being the Office Manager. Main responsibilities: AR, journal entries, & reconciliations.

The Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for monitoring and managing account balances and ensuring timely processing of customer payments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of managing large volumes of data with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage account balances and aging reports
• Process customer payments and post receipts to the correct accounts
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments
• Solve payment discrepancies and disputes
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
• Qucikbooks and (link removed) and Amex Credit Card (preferred)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
