This role is is vital within our company and will provide you the tools and experience rarely found within the Real Estate industry.

 

DAY TO DAY WORK WOULD INCLUDE:

   Outbound calls to potential sellers (Warm Leads)

   Follow up with leads daily

  
  


• 
  

   Good communication with sellers via email, text and phone

  
  


• 
  

   Calculate any repairs, max offer, and repair cost on these properties
  
  
  
  SKILLS NEEDED:

  
  


• 
  

   Sales experience is a must. You will be required to make a minimum of 100 calls a day or have valued conversations with clients

   Be able to communicate well via phone, text or email

  
  


• 
  

   Have good follow-up skills
