Across Border Visa is an Immigration Consultancy business that provides a wide range of immigration services and is looking to fill 2 permanent full-time positions for an Administrator Assistant.
The Administrator Assistant will perform the following duties:
Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail according to procedures.
Prepare correspondence.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
Answer calls and relay messages, fax, make copies, and other general clerical duties as required.
Greet visitors, note their queries, and direct them to the appropriate person.
Purchase and maintain an inventory of office supplies, make sure all office equipment is in good repair, and schedule service when needed.
Record, maintain, and update client’s information.
Arrange travel schedules and make reservations as required.
Other related duties as required.

Good communication skills. Excellent phone manners and attention to detail
We are offering $25.25/ hr. for 40 hours per week.

Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School
Completion of a one- or two-year college or other programs for administrative assistants or secretaries OR
A minimum of 1 year of clerical experience is required.
