This position requires a highly motivated, service-oriented individual who thrives on a fast pace and wide variety of tasks. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required, along with the ability to manage confidential information. Strong written communication skills are also required.<br /> <br /> Essential Job Responsibilities:</div> <u> <li>Book travel and manage expense reports</li> <li>Handle complex calendar management with minimal supervision</li> <li>Manage off-site, internal and external meetings with associates and clients, including scheduling meetings and conference calls, providing agendas, handling logistics, writing meeting minutes, etc</li> <li>Create presentations and documents</li> <li>Prepare, proof read, and deliver meeting materials, correspondence, handouts, letters, etc.</li> <li>Maintain exemplary level of confidentiality when dealing with confidential/sensitive information</li> <li>Problem solve for the executives; route phone calls appropriately</li> <li>Be able to move multi-projects forward or take multi-step direction with minimal supervision</li> <li>Ability to analyze various types of data to generate reports and presentations</li> <li>Ability to prioritize work effectively and proactively</li> </ul> <div>Job-Related Experience:</div> <ul> <li>10+ years experience supporting an executive level team</li> <li>High level proficiency in Microsoft Office products</li> <li>Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and focused on quality</li> </ul> <div>Education:</div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree is desired</li> </ul> <div>Important notes from the Hiring Manager:</div> <ul> <li>Candidate will be working onsite and will be required to have all COVID-19 vaccines</li> <li>Candidate must be high energy</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel (must be able to create pivot tables and create charts and graphs)</li> <li>Well versed in Microsoft Teams</li> <li>Willing to ask questions</li> </ul> <div><b>For more exciting opportunities join us on linkedin <u>https://www.linkedin.com/company/orpine-inc/<br /> (link removed) </u></b></div> <p><div> </div> </p>
