Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Ogba,Lagos.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following assignments:

1. Design and manage the operation and maintenance plans for all companys assets and ensure adequate operation standards, insurance policies and disposal timelines and processes. This includes facility management, vehicle maintenance, electric appliances etc.
2. Ensure proper documentation, reporting and filing of the departments activities for sustainable referencing by various members of the organization.
3. Raise and track requisitions and secure approvals for equipment, consumable materials, and supplies within limits of the budget. Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels through Inventory management and control of items
4. First level review of SLA documents in conjunction with Head HR & Admin and legal department to ensure value for money and minimize liability exposures
5. Ensure uninterrupted services and prompt payment of electricity, telephone, water consumption bills and insurance premiums including renewals of insurance premiums on office assets
6. Manage Access PFC relationship with 3rd party service providers to ensure value for money, guided by defined service level agreements and standards. Also conduct first level performance appraisal and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives for these providers
7. Supervise the activities of essential daily support services such as generator, diesel supply and storage, mail management and dispatch, cleaning, catering, security, waste disposal, official residences, archiving, recycling etc. in a cost efficient manner

A Minimum of OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field is required. A BSc/HND in any related discipline is an advantage.

Candidate must have at least 2 years previous experience in admin and procurement role.
