The Administrative Assistant will provide principal administrative support to a department and its management team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporation documents and records.

-Maintain complex calendar schedules for management team.

-Coordinate and schedule meetings and provide necessary materials.

-Coordinate travel arrangements for management team.

-Update and maintain weekly staff schedule.

-Create, compose, and edit correspondences, summaries and reports.

-Organize major meetings, including producing and distributing materials and arrange facilities.

-Understand, support, promote and adhere to the customer service philosophy and standards of department.

-Interface with a wide variety of professional and community organizations on behalf of the management team.

-Respond to a variety of telephone and written inquires and/or direct inquires to appropriate staff member for response.

-Complete expense reports and submit to the department for management team.

-Reconcile invoices corporate credit card purchases and oversee process.

-Order office supplies upon approval
