Support 1</b></div> <div> </div> <div><b>Description:</b></div> <u> <li>Primary responsibilities include supporting the CFO of the Corindus business line and the finance department.</li> <li>Ad-hoc support also for the R&D leadership team.</li> <li>Verifying, creating and submitting expense reports</li> <li>Facilitating complex calendar of appointments using strong time management skills, across several time zones and countries</li> <li>Work with their teams to support and drive the processing of purchase orders (POs) through the entire process; Maintain a tracking worksheet for all POs in order that the status of the activities associated can be reviewed at any time</li> <li>Assist the executive team to ensure any new staff members of the teams have all required equipment and access to the appropriate systems before they begin employment</li> <li>Coordinating travel arrangements (ground, air and hotel); preparing detailed itineraries for extensive/international travel</li> <li>Collecting and preparing information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals; preparing presentation materials for meetings</li> <li>Providing event planning and coordination for meetings and employee events</li> <li>Managing all incoming information (phone calls, correspondences, mail and email); managing the flow of communication and keeping track of any required action and due dates</li> <li>Creating presentations, memos, letters, spreadsheets and other documents using latest software packages</li> <li>Working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data is required</li> <li>Working with customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries</li> <li>Working on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues</li> <li>Acting independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments as well as the ability to makes recommendations for new procedures</li> <li>Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining systems</li> <li>Efficiently managing shifting priorities to meet deadlines and action items</li> <li>Reviewing and verifying compliance for all sponsorships/donation requests and process transactions by PO or Credit Card payment; ordering marketing items, awards, gifts and incentives etc.</li> </ul> <div>To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience</div> <ul> <li>Bachelors' Degree strongly preferred</li> <li>Minimum 3-5 years' experience as Assistant to an Executive Level Professional</li> <li>Expert level with PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Concur expensing ideal.</li> <li>Experience working in large companies with international exposure is ideal</li> <li>Must have knowledge of principles and practices of office administration, report writing, and records management</li> <li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Able to work in a team environment, both at the management level and a department level</li> </ul> <table> </table> <div><b>For more exciting opportunities join us on linkedin <u><br /> (link removed) </u></b></div> <p><div> </div> </p>
