Support 2</b></div> <div> </div> <div><b>Description-:</b></div> </div> <div> </div> <div>We are looking for a motivated individual with a broad range of experience in data entry, process improvement and documentation. The successful candidate will assist with the requirements of our business and customer needs while ensuring compliance with applicable standards.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities</div> <u> <li>Completes miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned and communicates status in the format agreed upon by manager</li> <li>Liaison for various monthly meetings, data gathering efforts and communications</li> <li>Responsible for preparation, assembly and distribution of the meeting materials, meetings minutes and action items</li> <li>Partners and collaborate with applicable departments and other staff to support department initiatives, meetings or projects</li> <li>Complete assigned processing and documentation of reports using knowledge of applicable systems and support resources.</li> <li>Point of contact for information requests, documentation and data entry</li> <li>Serves as a point of contact for all internal and external customers</li> <li>Research assistance as needed</li> <li>Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management system and Sustainability programs</li> <li>Assist with Facility Management projects and presentations</li> </ul> <div>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</div> <ul> <li>High Level of professionalism and excellent intercultural skills</li> <li>Ability to handle a high volume of work accurately</li> <li>Ability to work within a cross-functional and virtual team environment</li> <li>Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills</li> <li>Knowledge of Spanish both written and spoken</li> <li>MS Office, MS Outlook, and Windows 10</li> <li>Travel is not required</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience</li> </ul> <div><b>For more exciting opportunities join us on linkedin <u><br /> (link removed) </u></b></div> <p><div> </div> </p>
