Across Border Visa Inc. located on 206 – 12888 80th Avenue, Surrey, BC, Canada V3W 3A8 is looking to fill 1 permanent full-time position for an Administrative Manager to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, and control the flow of work in the office and ensure that all cases are processed in a timely manner and meet set milestones and deadlines.
• Checking and fixing administration-related problems and co-ordinate with the responsible person.
• Addressing and resolving complaints and concerns promptly.
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
• Manage schedules and office operation budget.
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.


• A Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration or any other relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience at a professional level in administration, finances or any other related field is required
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Proven effective leadership, organizational or administrative skills
• Effective time management

We are offering $44.00/hr for 35 hours a week
