Across Border Visa Inc. located on 206 12888 80th Avenue, Surrey, BC, Canada V3W 3A8 is looking to fill 1 permanent full-time position for an Administrative Manager to join our team.
Job Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, and control the flow of work in the office and ensure that all cases are processed in a timely manner and meet set milestones and deadlines.
Checking and fixing administration-related problems and co-ordinate with the responsible person.
Addressing and resolving complaints and concerns promptly.
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Manage schedules and office operation budget.
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
Requirement:
A Bachelors degree or college diploma in business administration or any other relevant field is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience at a professional level in administration, finances or any other related field is required
Ability to communicate in English.
Proven effective leadership, organizational or administrative skills
Effective time management
We are offering $44.00/hr for 35 hours a week
