To achieve this goal, TBG is searching for high calibre candidate to fill the role of administrative manager to lead the market expansion task force and help drive the business to the next level while maintaining the current sufficient business in GTA.

Job Summary
This is a full-time, permanent position. As an administrative manager, you will be responsible for the overall business administration of the existing business and lead the market expansion operation into Asia markets. Your responsibilities include the following:
Plan, organize and control the overall operation of the current business, ensure the current business operation is sufficient and profitable
Control budget for day-to-day business administration including contracts, equipment and supplies
Direct and advise employees across the different functions of the business including finance, purchasing and human resources
Prepare business reports for top management to review and evaluate the efficiency of business operation
Lead the market expansion task force, interview, hire team members and oversee the training
Lead and oversee the location scout process, assist the company to locate the best possible location for the new restaurants
Lead the conversation with a government body, tax bureau and other relevant authorities to ensure the new restaurants are compliant with local regulations across the board
Direct and control corporate governance and compliance procedures for the business when expanding to the Asia market, especially in the areas of business administration and taxation regulation.
Establish and build a highly sufficient working process for the business expansion in the Asian market across resources planning, supplier management and day-to-day business operation
Interview, hire and train local staff
Prepare and report regularly on the business expansion progress to top management

Job Requirements
College degree in business administration, relevant experiences preferred
Experiences of business development in new business territories would be a big plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
2+ years of experience leading business operation and administration services.
Familiar with catering service, knowledge and network in oriental markets, networks in China market would be a big plus.
Knowledge & experience in government, tax and business-related authorities in the oriental markets especially China market.
Team player, ability to work with internal & external stakeholders to operate a business efficiently
Strong communication skills and experiences in remote business operations would be a strong asset.
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
Business sense, entrepreneurship, and ownership
