Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have Music or Entertainment experience and have experience supporting a high-level executive with discretion and confidentiality. Must be very efficient and highly attuned to the smallest of details. Multi-tasking and working on tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment is crucial. No task is too small and no challenge too great. A "can-do" attitude is essential. Prior marketing and/or administrative experience in a professional environment is ideal.

Duties

  • Manage the schedule
  • Set up meetings, conference calls
  • Handle administrative duties
  • Process travel & entertainment expenses
  • Book travel, accommodations, car services
  • Create and maintain presentations and other project work as assigned
  • Invoice payments
  • Book travel, arranging meetings and conference calls, covering phone lines, managing calendars, and coordinating verbal and email requests.
  • Assist in the updating of department/artists' calendars, timelines, schedules
  • Order, manage, and maintain office supply inventories
  • Remote Until the stay at home order is lifted , then onsite
  • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of the company at all levels including Senior Management
  • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with external partners

Skills:

  • Strong administrative, organizational and creative skills
  • Strong computer skills are a plus understanding of Microsoft Office and basic audio/video formats is essential
  • Strong PowerPoint Skills is a must
  • Ability to work under high pressure and speed
  • Great social and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to keep information highly confidential
  • Must be flexible and able to multi-task
  • Must have a flexible schedule - Shift Hours Vary - May work nights & weekends
  • Remote position until the stay at home order is lifted
  • Forward thinker
  • The ability to take the initiative & can anticipate the next steps ahead.
  • Must have a high level of professionalism and can handle confidential and sensitive client data accordingly.
  • Excellent Communications skills
