he Temporary Buyer Associate will be responsible for providing assistance for various routine purchasing assignments in the Purchasing department. They will work with Senior Buyers to assist with data entry, Order follow-up, tracking shipments, etc.

  • Minimum of 2 years office experience is required. A minimum of 1 year Purchasing experience is recommended.

  • Associates degree

  • Advanced Excel knowledge and general computer skills are required. (ex. Excel formatting and advanced formula knowledge including vlookup, Outlook experience, etc.)

  • Applicant must be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented to handle multiple priorities and requests from inception to satisfactory completion with minimal supervision. Manage time effectively, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the team. The applicant must be able to positively and professionally interact with all levels of Management, customers, outside vendors, and co-workers in order to create strong working relationships.

  • Intermediate Excel knowledge including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and various formatting.

  • Excel knowledge, Communication skills, Self- Starter, Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
