Job Title: Test Automation Lead

Location: Charlotte NC (Local Candidates Only)

Duration: 12+ Months

 

Job Description:

Mandatory

• 10+ years of experience in the Software Quality Engineering field, with at least three years as a Test Lead, Manager, or Architect.

• 5+ years UI Test automation experience in various tools with the ability to create Automation Frameworks from scratch

• Expertise in C# nUnit, JEST, and Appium

• Coding experience in C# /JavaScript /Python

•Experience in all phases of the software and testing lifecycle, inception through deployment

• Diverse experiences in leading test strategy, test planning, test case design, and execution

• Delivery leadership within Agile methodology projects

• Proficiency using common test management tools

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of testing on client projects

• Develop overall Quality Engineering testing strategy for client projects, including automation, performance, etc.

• Manage full testing teams through all phases of the project lifecycle

• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders

• Design test reporting and metrics appropriate to project needs

• Assess solution to the risk and assist the project team in prioritizing test efforts

• Advise and assist project members with distributed QE responsibilities

• Select and configure appropriate toolsets to effective manage project testing

• Additional technical experience across areas such as Unit testing, Integration testing, API testing, DevOps,

and custom test tool development.
