| 7-10 years of experience working as Datapower adminUnderstanding of Data power architecture, understands various objects of data power (WSP, MPG, XML, firewall, AAA authentication, load balancer, policies etc.)Good understanding of various network zones & ability to setup Datapower device as per standardsHands on experience of migrating virtual Datapower devicesHands on experience in setting up & configuring Datapower firmware on virtual devicesAbility to apply firmware patches & perform device upgradesAbility to perform capacity planning and sizing of Datapower platformsExperience in managing certificates withing Datapower deviceUnderstanding of firewall, DMZ, network topology. Should be able to work with network, firewall team and external vendor team to troubleshoot connectivity issuesTroubleshooting various Datapower deployment issues (checking logs, probe and other ways to troubleshoot). Engage with vendors for product related issuesProvide standard practices guidance for Datapower platform to concerned teamsGreat communication skills, should be able to work independently and as a team. Understands how to delegate workHands on experience in setting up monitoring for Datapower platformsWorking knowledge on Linux systemsExperience is using ITSM tools (Service Now, JIRA etc.) |
