We're currently seeking a PART time artist for graphic design of screen printed t-shirts, promotional products, and logo designs. Applicants must have a very strong understanding of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Must be extremely organized and able to adjust to a fast paced environment under pressure to produce creative quality ideas and concepts and then transfer those ideasContribute to all aspects of the presentation and visual communication processes.These include:- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for staff members- Create templates with appropriate markings for staff use based on previous examples- Coordinate the preparation and review of presentations with staff and graphics team- Ensure consistency within and across all presentations for a particular meeting- Design and develop concepts and illustrations for project posters- Coordinate and incorporate the proofing work done by our internal graphic design and quality control department- Use enterprise file sharing system to set up repositories for meeting documents; informing staff- Prepare PDFs and mock-ups for print books/coordinate the print job with our internal print production team- Make meeting announcement signs and posters of slides for tours- Load and test run presentations on conference room computer- Meeting room and tour area set up/enhancement (deploy posters & signs, computer equipment, phones, supplies)- Provide administrative and staffing support as needed during meetings- Proposed revisions to our work processApplicants Must Be Authorized to work in United States
