Job Title: Immunoassay Scientist
Type: Contract (12 months)
Location: Kenilworth, NJ

Qualifications:
BS, MS or PhD in a life sciences discipline (Biochemistry etc.) or Chemistry

3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience

3+ years of direct experience in immunoassay development

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a matrixed organization

Experience with clinical biomarkers or drug development (preferred)

Experience with MS office suite and lab instrument validation

Responsibilities:
Develop and validate immunoassays for clinical biomarkers in all therapeutic areas and phases of clinical development

Assist in the transition of biomarker assays from Basic Research to Clinical

Interface with biomarker leads and operation leads in clinical trials

Write reports, memos, publications and SOPs related to immunoassay data and validation

Serve as a subject matter expert in immunoassay development and validation
