Currently we are hiring for below mentioned position that our client has. Implementation Consultant I- Description-: What does a great Implementation Analyst do?
As an Implementation Analyst on the Bank Solutions eCommerce and Business Banking implementation team, you will assist in a project to move all our OLB applications from one data center to another. The job will consist of learning OLB applications basics, connectivity and other setup changes necessary to support move, performing testing using scripts for multiple OLB applications, providing troubleshooting for issues as clients perform testing, and supporting client mock & go live events.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Learn OLB application basics, including connectivity and other setup changes necessary to support move. Perform testing using scripts for multiple OLB applications. Provide troubleshooting for issues as clients perform testing. Support client mock and go live events. Thoroughly track, organize, document, and communicate all activities for each client. Become a subject matter expert in the products that you are tasked with supporting, including being able to resolve small complex product and/or technical issues. Provide occasional after-hours support, as well as ability to adjust shift and work additional hours to support client. Provide technical and product assistance and support to other Implementation Analysts and various teams. Assist with documentation / review of data center move procedures. Basic Qualifications for Consideration: - High School diploma
- 2 Years minimum experience with customer facing projects or in a client support role
- Financial Services Industry experience
- Proficient core computer skills (ex Microsoft Office, moving files between systems, Windows basics)
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Workstation and Server operating systems, physical and virtual environments
- Basic understanding of data communications and LAN/WAN
- Firewall Experience
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education: - Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Business
- XXX core or Online Banking experience
- Time management skills to work on multiple projects and effectively meet deadlines
- Strong communication, including written, oral and presentation skills to be able to communicate project status, product details as well as technical specifications
- Research and analytical skills to be able to problem solve issues and determine appropriate options for clients
- Database experience preferred (Microsoft SQL or IBM DB2)
