Confidence and persistence in sourcing and attracting potential candidates

Reliability and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Effective multitasking and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for a variety of IT positions

Review resumes and conduct initial interviews

Assess candidate skills, qualifications, and experience

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
