Our Client is Having an Opening for Infra devops Engineer

Role: Infra Devops Engineer

Location: Lenox, GA- ONSITE

Duration: Long tem Contract

Job Description:

• Should IT experience of 10 to 12 years in the infrastructure & devOps space Experience for technically leading a team of AWS engineers.
• Managing production landscape on AWS having niche mandatory skill set of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Bit Bucket, Groovy, Cloudbees Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy
• Hands-on experience for managing large production workloads for a global client on AWS Hands-on knowledge of Linux OS operations
• Technically driving high severity production incidents Demonstrable experience in Design, build, maintain, and secure AWS resources for high-availability and production-level systems and Setup & Manage AWS Security Policies
• In-depth knowledge of a wide range of AWS services (e.g. VPC, Security Groups, Network Routing/ACLs, ELB, Route 53, IAM, EC2, ASGs, AMI, S3, EBS, RDS, RedShift, SNS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, Trusted Advisor, KMS, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk)
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure as code using services like Cloud Formation, Chef, Puppet Suggesting architecture, process
• Improvements and cost optimizations System troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and infrastructure
• Develop and maintain documentation for operational practices and procedures Stay up-to-date with existing and new cloud services to determine systems requirements and functionalities needed in large/complex development project
• Excellent communication skills AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate Level (Preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience in industry-standard methodologies like Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC), and project delivery frameworks (Agile)
• Good knowledge on E2E DevOps processes as per industry standards
• Hands on experience in installation, upgrades and maintenance of DevOps tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Nexus, etc.
• Experience in containerized Deployment and clustering using Kubernetes in public cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Knowledge on SSL and certificates management in PROD environments
• Should have good understanding of implementing and maintaining governance standards Evaluate new technology options and vendor products
