We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative EdTech company focused on Data Science education. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the data science education sector. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our suite of data science education products and services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for education and a strong understanding of the data science field.

Responsibilities:


Identify and prospect potential customers within the data science education sector, including educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients.

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to establish relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.

Understand customer needs, pain points, and challenges related to data science education and provide appropriate solutions.

Effectively articulate the value proposition of our data science education products and services to prospective customers.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking and managing all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the data science and education sectors.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product development, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to network with potential customers and promote our brand

Females Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Education, Computer Science) is preferred.
