Ultimate Care NY is seeking a motivated and experienced Home Care SEO Specialist to join our team. As a Home Care SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online presence of our home health care services to reach new clients and increase awareness about our tailored home care services. We provide supportive and flexible work environment that empowers our team to achieve their goals and deliver the quality care services that New Yorkers have come to expect from Ultimate Care over the past 20 years.

Responsibilities

• Conducting extensive market research to identify new SEO opportunities that will drive online traffic to our website.
• Analyzing website traffic data using Google Analytics and other online tools to track the success of our SEO strategy and adjust it as necessary.
• Conducting on-page and off-page optimization of our website to improve its search engine ranking and increase visibility.
• Developing and implementing new content creation strategies to increase engagement, generate leads and drive online traffic to our website.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute paid search campaigns that align with our SEO strategy.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of our SEO initiatives on a regular basis to ensure they meet their objectives.
• Keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, search engine algorithms and online marketing.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Proven experience as an SEO specialist with a solid understanding of search engine ranking factors, algorithms and SEO tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other SEO tools to monitor website traffic data.
• Experience in content creation, keyword research and optimization, and link building.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and other web development tools and platforms.
• Experience in paid search campaigns and PPC advertising.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
