This temporary QA role supports the QA/RA department by coordinating both the execution of action plans to evaluate design changes (Engineering Change Requests) and the purchased items qualification process (First Article of Inspection). Under the supervision of Phenomenex QA/RA Manager, the QA Project Coordinator will: - Facilitates the completion of the form (Engineering Change Request or First Article of Inspection) by helping the associate requesting the change.
- (for ECR) Facilitates and follows up to completion the Change Evaluation Questionnaire (to be completed by a cross-functional technical team).
- (for ECR) Schedules and supports the execution of the Change Control Board meeting with the same cross-functional team that filled out the Change Evaluation Questionnaire.
- Follows up with accountable associates and gathers the deliverables (quality documents) to support the approval of the request.
- Provides periodic status updates on the portfolio of requests.
Department-based miscellaneous duties: - Provides relief to QA/RA roles on further clerical tasks as needed.
- Performs other job-related functions as assigned.
- Follows safety procedures as applicable.

Qualification Requirements - Excellent organizational skills and follow up are key to succeed in this role.
- 3-year experience coordinating simultaneous projects at the same time is required.
- Proven knowledge of MS Office, in specific, Excel. Experience with MS Project is desired.
- Certificate in Project Management is desired.
- Quality Assurance experience is desired.
Working Conditions - Temporary non-exempt employee.
- Hybrid work setting.
- Office conditions in a climate-controlled setting; fluorescent & natural light.
- 100% indoor with minimal-periodic exposure to the external elements.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM through 4:00 PM.
