WHAT YOU'LL DO Here's the technical stuff but it's worth a read as this will be your daily to-do list. - Provide support to quality system development & documentation maintaining compliance to all pertinent standards.
- Provide Quality support services for NPD with product specification development, prevention planning, support statistical studies & participation in new product or production meetings representing quality department.
- Provide support services for new process developments & evaluation of effectiveness, planning & auditing techniques/plans.
- Assist with process improvement projects, preliminary investigations for custom incident reports, recording/tracking systems & participation in prevention planning teams.
- Facilitate the development of quality-related training courses regarding CA/PA system, audits, calibration & other systems in support of manufacturing processes.
- Act as an internal consultant to Operations in interpretation of product specifications.
- Analyze & develop incoming supply inspection & testing plans.
- Monitor the incoming truck boards for products that require incoming inspection review COC/COA documentation for compliance & resolve discrepancies working with team members.
- Implement quality auditing & measurement systems to evaluate product Recommend new measurement equipment & techniques to improve process control
- Implement systems for measuring & monitoring quality of sourced materials & supplier's quality performance including vendor audits.
- Organize quality record files to support data collection for CA/PA & process improvements - Participate and/or facilitate teams to resolve CA/PA.
- Analyze measurement methods & inspection criteria to develop effective inspection & test plans.
- Responsible for conducting preliminary investigations of customer complaints and
internal rejects. - Design & interpret statistical studies to support new product or process developments as well as statistical reports to internal customers, external customers & suppliers when applicable.

- Day Shift 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

- Associates Degree preferred or Bachelor's Degree highly desirable.
- 15 semester hours waived for one of the following ASQ CQT, CQT or similar.
- A minimum of one year of manufacturing experience and three years of Quality experience.
- Good mathematical and mechanical aptitude Capable of performing and analyzing statistical studies accurately and without bias
- Some experience with computer applications such as MS Office & statistical charting and graphics programs.
