Description: Vendor setup and maintenance for Foundation, ensuring alignment with policies and with the IRS regulations regarding 1099 and 1042 tax reporting. This includes: Gather necessary documents for vendor records setup and maintenance Establish vendor file records and perform vendor record maintenance Upload and maintain the appropriate backup documentation for the vendor records Setup vendor banking information Process vendor record merge procedures as needed Run the appropriate procedures to ensure that vendor records are available within the Marketplace system Work with vendors, the Purchasing and Contracting departments as well as other departments to resolve vendor file aspects. This includes: Review new vendor setup requests and vendor records update requests from departments for completeness and alignment with the policies and procedures, including W-9 / W-8 forms, appropriate fiscal authority Provide departments and users with the information needed for the vendor request forms Responsible with addressing the Vendor Desk items within the OnBase processing workflows. This includes: - New vendor setups requests routed to the Vendor Desk by the AP Technicians through the internal processing workflows
- New address setup requests, payment terms and other applicable items routed to the Vendor Desk by the AP Technicians through OnBase.
