Pearsall ISD was an entire $35 Million dollar bond, which entailed
additions, renovations to multiple campuses in the School District.
I was able to build valuable relationships with Northeast
Independent and Pearsall Independent School Districts.
All projects were completed in a timely manner and profitable for the
company.

Responsible for establishing budgets, estimating, scheduling, and

Oversaw all aspects of construction from preconstruction phase thru
completion. Southwest Research Institute totaling $61 million dollars,
