- Identify & Create functional and end to end test scenarios for Asset Hierarchy/Product Family/Warranty & Claims Management/Return Order Management modules
- Evaluate requirements, define Testing strategies, coordinate Testing tools and environments, Test execution and track Test results
- Lead & mentor team members in functional and end-to-end Verification & Validation (Preparation of Test case, SIT test planning and Test execution) activities.
- Review test cases, results, defects with Product team, Development team and Customer QA Leads
- Lead the defect triage meeting, Report daily defect status to the management
- Ensure day to day test execution progression & completion
- Lead & Co-ordinate testing between in Functional testing, SIT testing and Regression testing team.
- Ensure Testing progress for SIT test execution, SIT completion, Prepare the Test summary report
- Coordinates with all internal and external teams to resolve all issues and ensures timely delivery
- Identify and report risks & issues, establish mitigation plan and perform daily/weekly reporting, timely escalation of issues.
