Required: Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) is a must 6+ years of experience as a Business Process Consultant 2+ years as Product Owner. Knowledge of ArchiMate is a plus Experience: Knowledge on Railroad, Travel & Logistics industry is plus Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and strong customer facing skills Experience working in onsite- offshore model Experience working in time critical, fast paced environment JD: 6+ years of experience as a Business Process Consultant and 2+ years as Product Owner. Experience in creating current (as-is) and target state (to-be) business process models using any of the modeling tools such as ARIS, Sparks, Signavio, etc Ability to model L1 to L5 business architecture models Experience in process discovery and eliciting requirements by going through existing documentation, conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops Ability to navigate through ambiguous environment and bring clarity to team with well-defined target state processes Ability to translate target state into business requirement for implementation. Ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT teams
