Skills(Required) :

Perform analysis work on project management systems including requirements gathering.
Develop reports to monitor progress for metrics.
Preparing and defining the goals of the system and devises flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs.
Advanced Excel skills to include compiling multiple datasets to gather, assemble, correlate, interpret, and analyze large data sets

Skills(Preferred) :

Experience using MS Power BI, Power Automate, and/or Tableau
Advanced skill in critical thinking and problem solving
Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting projects simultaneously
