Job Description: Does this position have the potential to convert to direct? Not at this time, we are filling the position for employee
who is off of STD who is expected to return

What is a day in the life like for the person in this role? Mainly shipping and receiving. We need someone onsite, first shift, with shipping background and preferably knowledge with the Speedy Packer.

Able to proficiently use a PC for;
o FedEx shipping
o SalesForce order processing
o Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Responsibilities and duties are related to;
o Ability to lift 50 lbs
o Ordering inventory/supplies for the department
o Packing
o Palletizing
o Unpacking incoming and process
o Customer Order monitoring Transshipments
o Customer Exceptions (missing PO, no order etc.)
o Order Processing in SalesForce system
o Local Pickup Driver scheduling
o Driver log
o Document retention/filing
o SUS Service support
o VOSCal pickup and delivery of test stands
o Processing/shipping of Keysight lab test equipment
o Customer communication to schedule pickup

What does the interview process look like? It will be a phone interview.

What is the lift requirement for this assignment? Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Work Shift - What are the workdays and hours? Mon - Fri 8Am-4:30PM. this includes a half hour lunch.

High School diploma or GED (General Education Degree) equivalent required. Previous related work experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving. Certified forklift operating license required. Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. Requires no basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills. Good organizational skills. Ability to use computer system to record materials received and shipped. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations. Able to lift 50 lbs. The purpose of this position is to provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks. Loads/unloads merchandise or material from cars or trucks. Packs and unpacks shipments, processing, scanning and shelving of parts, pulling orders, and data entry into computerized inventory control systems. Processes and verifies inventory movement transactions, maintains overall accuracy of inventory levels. Plans layout, maintenance and upkeep of stockroom and other storage areas and consolidates existing stock to maximize space utilization. Operates all lift equipment in a safe manner to ensure personal protection and to ensure the protection of other personnel and company property. Maintains housekeeping in and around the back stock storage areas. Uses scanner & computer to enter data and maintain inventory. May perform other duties as assigned or requested by management. No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate tasks with coworkers within a work unit and/or project. Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
