What Youll Be Doing:

Amogy is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to help support our growing team. Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, you will work in a hybrid capacity to manage our endpoints, servers, network infrastructure, and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Administrate, integrate, support, and grow Amogy's critical applications such as Box, Azure, NetSuite, Jira, Slack, etc.
  • Work with vendors and MSPs to support AV equipment and network infrastructure
  • Manage multiple projects/initiatives in a timely manner while coordinating and communicating with stakeholders
  • Possess knowledge of industry best practices and the ability to understand complex technical concepts
  • Oversee all incidents and requests as well manages and coordinates urgent support issues. Act as an escalation point for all requests and incidents.
  • Train, coach, and mentor support tier 1 & 2 staff including career development. Have a strong vision and thorough understanding of service desk process to help build out a long-term direction for the team. Develop service level agreements and set expectations to measure performance.
  • Ensure that all processes used by the service desk are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly updated.
  • Provide data and reporting of KPI's and trends to IT leaders as needed. Drive ticket root cause analysis and deliver strategies to improve support.

Requirements

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • 6+ years of experience supporting end users on site and remotely
  • In-depth experience supporting cloud tools such as Microsoft 365, Box, Jira, Slack, etc.
  • Strong grasp of networking concepts (CCNA or other networking certificate a plus)
  • Significant experience providing software support for Windows and macOS users
  • Proven success in the support and administration of customer-centric solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with access management solutions such as Duo, Okta, Azure, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, PowerShell, and Atlassians Jira/Confluence
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
  • Experience working in the manufacturing or energy sector


The salary pay range for this position is $96,660 to $107,000. The salary pay range is applicable to positions physically based in Houston, TX(link removed) Exact compensation may vary based on skills, job experience and physical location.
