Job Description:

• Responsible for gathering and analyzing change impact information.
• Review and monitor change action plan progress with key stakeholder groups.
• Support change readiness surveys and results analysis.
• Identify and monitor Go Live Readiness criteria.
• Manage Go Live Readiness dashboards.
• Deliver communications to organization.
• Responsible for leading analysis projects and making recommendations for changes to internal processes and/or standards/specifications in order to create more efficient operations in business areas.
• Provide leadership on multiple concurrent projects to identify, evaluate, prioritize, scope, and meet objectives for business processes within the entire business unit without jeopardizing reliability, availability, or safety.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Change Management experience
• Experience working with the C-Suite level.
• Experience with fully executing projects.
• Ability to prepare reports, correspondence, guidelines, and Power Point presentations.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to write technical, business, and plain language documents and/or emails, with great attention to detail in all written communications.
• Ability to work on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader.
• Proficient in application of business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management.
  

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or other Information Technology major, or equivalent work experience.
