Position - CPQ Business Analyst

Location: - Phoenix, AZ Remote (remote but may need to relocate to Clinet Location in future if Customer requires)

Type: Contract only (With TCS)

Job Description:

Must Have Experience

• Must have over 3 years+ of prior experience working as a CPQ Business Analyst in implementation projects. Possess expertise in enabling business needs within the SAP Callidus space and have hands-on experience with the SAP Callidus workflow tool. Must have a strong understanding of the Quote to Cash process and other CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes.
• Responsible for formulating workbooks to gather requirements for various aspects such as markets, sales organizations, quote custom fields, configurable products, and other necessary components. Ability to demonstrate effectively, gather and document the specific needs of different stakeholders.
• Skilled in CPQ and Ecommerce customer journey design. Capability to create functional and business requirements based on the desired customer experience and are capable of analyzing competitors' websites to suggest better approaches.
• Adept at performing impact and gap analysis on new features being added to Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Tableau CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders to obtain feedback and incorporate it into the system to meet the business requirements.
• Must possesses a comprehensive skill set and experience in the CPQ domain, including implementation projects, SAP Callidus workflow, Quote to Cash processes, requirement gathering, customer journey design, and impact analysis. To contribute effectively to the success of CPQ projects, streamline processes, and drive business growth.

Key Activities Expected

• JIRA tool expertise
• Need to drive all sprint ceremonies - Backlog grooming, story prioritization, Definition of Ready and Done
• Experience on UAT Use cases documentation.
• Experience on Coordination of UAT
• Gather requirements, define processes, train and document the solution, test the solution, change & learning activities.
• Requirements Development
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders (Product Owners, Business SMEs, etc.) and translate into Epics and User Stories in appropriate tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Confluence, Jira, etc.)
• Business Process documentation (i.e. Visio) that outlines the key GDM MVP1 requirements
• Business Processes to JIRA Epics
• Setting up remote workshops to decompose these Epics into User Stories into JIRA
• Managing the JIRA user stories along with the Product Managers. They are expected to review and know all user stories entered in JIRA. They should be able to tie all users' stories back to the Business Processes.
• Manage the user story readiness (definition of ready)
• Lead the Program Increment Workshop
• Setting up remote demonstration in-sprint between the development team and product manager/owners
• Driving Sprint demos (definition of done)
• Working with Testing COE ensuring full test coverage; Perform functional testing to verify and validate requirements
• Working with OCM ensuring full training coverage, Work with PM to develop UAT plan
• Documenting the UAT business scenario along with the Product Managers. They are expected to review and know all scenarios for UAT. You should be able to tie all UAT scenarios back to the Business Processes.
• Driving UAT sessions with SMEs and ensuring progress, Triage issues and categorize change vs defect
• Assisting train-the-trainer sessions with OCM, Preparing MOS for Hypercare with PM
• Hosting Hypercare: Triaging issues and reporting defects
• Excel at communication (spoken, written, presentation) with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. Ability to negotiate and manage difficult or ambiguous situation and adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and technologies
