Position: Administrative Assistant (Full Time/ Permanent)
Salary: $29/Hourly for 40 hours/week
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

Education: Completion of secondary school is required

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required

Job Duties
• Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, brochures, and publications
• Greet visitors and direct them to employer or appropriate person
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filling systems. Determine office procedures
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
