Position: Warehouse supervisor

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Supervision- 1-2, 5 to 10 people.
Responsibilities:
• Set up work schedules and procedures.
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
• Resolve work related problems.
• Recruit and hire staff.
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Arrange training for staff.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
Work setting: Warehouse
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail.
Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50lbs)
